All sales are final. Since each item is custom-made upon receiving your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item was delivered. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
